Shipping can take upto 10 business days. Weekends are not counted as a business day.

I strive to get custom and personalized orders made and shipped as soon as possible. However, depending on the volume of incoming orders, it can take up to 2 weeks to complete your order.

Yes, when you purchase more than one item, I will combine shipping and refund any excess charges. On average, we can fit 3 doll outfits in one package for standard shipping.

Shipping costs are estimated based on Canada Post rates. I always refund any excess shipping charges exceeding $1. If you want shipping adjusted prior to ordering, please send me your postal/zip code and a screenshot of your cart. I will provide you with a quote, and once you confirm via message, I will adjust the listing shipping cost to match the quote and add "Held for (your initial)" to the title. This will only be held for 24 hours.

Within Canada, it costs an additional $5 for 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location. For the USA, it costs an additional $13 CAD for 5 business days. I will also require your phone number for customs. If you only want tracking, it costs an additional $10 CAD, and delivery can take 4 to 10 business days.
